When will I receive my order that I have placed online? Or will my order be refunded?
Orders placed through the WEBSHOP from July 31st will be delivered and / or refunded. A large part has already been delivered. If you have not received everything, the rest will be refunded. Part of the repayment has already been made. If you have not yet received a refund, please know that we are working on it. You do not need to contact us further to inquire about your particular case as this is managed by third parties.
Order returned due to damage / repair. Will this be refunded or can I still get my shoes?
No. You can only file a claim if via www.regsol.be. Unfortunately, Moyersoen cannot help you further.
I have only received part of my order. Will the rest follow or can I pick up the shoes in a store?

What about my gift voucher?
These are still valid. This is settled at the checkout with your purchases.
Overpaid in store / receipt is incorrect. How do I get this refunded?
Check your ticket immediately. Once you have left the store, verification is no longer possible and no corrections and refunds can be made.
