This project was an innovative biomass power plant on the site of the CHU UCL Namur – Mont-Godinne hospital (Yvoir, Belgium). The plant was used to generate heat and electricity through the gasification of residual wood, using Xylowatt technology (NOTAR® system). The offer includes: Complete wood gasification and biomass plant, including reactor, filters, fans, and control cabinets Biomass boiler and heat exchangers Compressors, multistage pumps, and gas reciprocating compressors Storage tanks, skips, and piping systems Niuli forklift and various industrial equipment Residual wood stock (approximately 40 tons) This auction offers a unique opportunity for companies active in sustainable energy, biomass processing, or industrial engineering.
